**RELIABLE TRACKING & DELIVERY**
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing reliable tracking information. This email will include shipment details, a tracking number, and a website link to the shipping carrier. To track your order, click on the tracking number provided in the email. You can also find tracking information in your Compression Care Center account.
Please note that transit times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, seasonality, or weather conditions are beyond our control. All orders leave our facility the same day we email your tracking information. After a package has been shipped, we cannot determine how or when it will reach you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
To expedite your experience, larger orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 days for shipment of larger orders, as product availability may affect shipping times.
Shipping options for U.S. non-continental territories and protectorates include USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time and location, delivery can take up to four weeks.
**EXPEDITED SHIPPING, EXCLUSIONS and DETAILS**
Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to ensure same-day shipment for expedited shipping. Orders received after 12 PM EST may not ship until the next business day. Please note that we do not offer weekend or federal holiday delivery for expedited orders, and expedited shipping methods are unavailable for P.O. boxes.
**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION**
International shipments may take an additional 2-4 days to process. This processing time is not included in the shipping times provided by the shipping carriers.
We offer international shipping through DHL Global Mail, USPS Global Mail, and UPS Worldwide. Shipping rates vary by country and will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that we cannot provide estimated delivery times for international shipments due to potential customs delays. However, most packages typically arrive within 10 to 21 business days.
Please be aware that taxes and duties will be collected upon delivery, and we are not responsible for these additional costs. Any required paperwork for the destination country will be completed during shipment and cannot be altered afterward. All prices are listed in US dollars.
