Shipping Policy
Compression Care Center ships within the United States and internationally. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, product availability, and the destination.
Contiguous U.S. Shipping
The following rates apply to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

Free Economy Shipping applies to orders totaling $75 or more after discounts and before tax, within the contiguous U.S. Faster shipping methods require an additional charge.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Military Addresses
USPS shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination. Available services are displayed at checkout.
The contiguous U.S. free shipping offer does not apply to these destinations, regardless of order value.
APO, FPO, and DPO shipments are sent through USPS. Military handling and destination conditions can extend delivery times to as long as four weeks.
In-Store Pickup
Pickup is available at our Gastonia store at no charge. Please allow 0–3 business days for preparation. We will call when your order is ready.
Select in-store pickup only if you plan to collect your order at the store. Orders placed for pickup will not be shipped.
Order Processing and Delivery
Expedited orders received after 12:00 noon Eastern Time will ship the following business day, subject to product availability. Larger orders may require an additional 2–3 days for processing.
Expedited shipping methods require a physical street address and are not available for P.O. boxes.
Some orders may ship directly from a manufacturer's facility. Orders may arrive in more than one package.
Carrier delivery times are estimates. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery timeframes when carrier delays occur.
International Shipping
International shipping rates and available services are displayed at checkout and vary by destination and order.
Delivery times vary, and customs processing may cause additional delays.
Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are separate from shipping charges and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority.
Required customs documentation will accurately reflect the shipment and cannot be altered to reduce duties or taxes.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
